Electric eels have electrolyte cells out of which each cell produce around 0.15 V. The cells produce electricity with the help of ions of Potassium and Na and that requires energy which is provided by ATP(hope u know what it is)

Now the question is whether other aquatic animals get affected.

We know that water is a good conductor of electricity, current flows from cell to cell in eel, from one part of its body to another point. The electricity produced has very low wattage and doesn't have the capacity to flow a long distance, thus it only affects a small region around the eel and that's too for a fraction of time. Any aquatic animals that enters the electrocuted region gets affected.

And attitude means the mental orientation of a person towards something or someone.
