Number of cars for 40 people: 40 * 4 = 160

Number of cars for 30 people: 30 * 2 = 60

Number of cars for 40 people and 30 people: 160 + 60 = 220

70 people own 220 cars

670 - 220 = 450

450 people own 1 car each

Let's count how many people: 450 + 40 + 30 = 520 people

26% people do not own cars => 76% people own cars

520 = 74%

x = (520 * 26) / 74 = 702
