2x-y+1=0

Taking y= mx + c

since the point passes through (1,3)

therefore 3=m1 + c

since the slope (m)= 2

therefore 3= 2×1 + c

3=2+c

3-2=c

c= 1

Again taking y= mx + c

y=2x + 1

2x-y+1= 0
