What is the Question Hour, name the three types of questions ?​

A question asked, can be of three types: starred, unstarred & short notice question. Starred question (distinguished by an asterisk) – requires an oral answer and hence supplementary questions can follow. Unstarred question – requires a written answer and hence, supplementary questions cannot follow.
